ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is an event of the research project “Solar Absorption Refrigeration Systems operating with Ionic Liquids as Absorbents and Ammonia as Refrigerant” funded by The Indo–Spanish Joint Programme of Cooperation in Science and Technology.
The Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona (Spain) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai (India) promote a workshop on the new working fluids for Absorption Heat Pumps and Refrigeration Systems.
Wide ranging topics including Ionic Liquids, Natural Refrigerants, Thermophysical Properties, Heat and Mass Transfer processes, etc.. will be covered.
SCOPE
The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers interested in new working fluids for absorption heat pumps and refrigeration systems to discuss on various technical challenges. Related industries will be also invited to participate in the workshop for potential collaborations.
The workshop will feature motivational and plenary talks from internationally recognized academic and industrial experts in the field followed by presentations of contributed papers and posters.
